Everyone is talking about exercise, but what are your options before you start?....
Hey everyone, ever wondered why so many of the world's population are getting into a regular exercise routine?
Read on to find out why and how people are turning to exercise for a healthier and happier life.
From running clubs to exercise classes, garden and living room routines in the comfort of your own home, many people are jumping on the exercise bandwagon, and rightly so!
Here are 5 reasons EVERYONE should be exercising:
• regular exercise can help reduce excess weight gain and help with weight loss.
• it can help you to become fitter, stronger and healthier, improving the quality of your life.
• it can help to improve your mood, combat stress and anxiety, boost energy and promote a positive day to day attitude.
• it improves confidence in yourself, physically and mentally.
• it can help fight health conditions & diseases.
So, 5 important reasons to be exercising daily, what's stopping you?
Well, the most common reason is simply "it's time consuming, I dont have time".
An exercise workout doesn't need to be hours long, studies have shown a 10-20min high intensity training session is plenty, when done correctly, to help an individual reach their goals.
The simple solution to this is to figure out where we can get short 15-minute sessions in during the week or weekend, where we set a goal, set a timer and get a good sweat on. Ensuring we work ALL the major muscles of the body to maximise our results.
